Studio (Bio)
Andreas Lechner is an Austrian architect and Associate Professor at TU Graz, with a wealth of professional, teaching, and research experience. He is the author of the award-winning book Thinking Design – Blueprint for an Architecture of Typology (Park Books, Zurich 2021). Lechner lectures and teaches internationally and serves as a visiting professor at the Politecnico di Milano. His research group, Counterintuitive Typologies, is supported by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency. He is also a co-editor of Graz Architecture Magazine and an upcoming special issue of The Journal of Architecture.
